 This natural, inevitable inner transformation and metamorphosis has been called by many names: The Kundalini Awakening, entering the New Jerusalem, the Coming of the Holy Spirit, finding the Holy Grail, discovering the Philosopher's Stone, the Fountain of Eternal Youth, the Pearl worth any price, Revelation, the evolutionary Quantum Leap of the species from Homo sapiens to Homo Illumina...
Along the way you may have already had glimpses of the transcendence of the body, moments of the absence of the body, experiences that showed you that you are not a body, quantum insights that showed you something whole and beautiful, so perfect and joyful and loving, so completely free, you wanted for this moment never to end. You were so engulfed in this wondrous Self transformation that you never wanted to feel the pain of the body's limits ever again. And yet here you are in a body identity. Let us take a look at what the body is: an incredible compactness of density, an idea of non-communication, of infinite fragmentation of specialization in a non-creative effort to be a separate entity... The body is an idea of separation from the Eternally Creative Source of the Universe. A time-measure-instrument from birth to an anticipated termination. A prison of guilt that seems inescapable. In your identification with the body, it's limits are placed upon you. No wonder you are depressed!
The truth about you is the eternal innocence and forever expanding joy and love that you share unbounded with everything created by the endless love of your Creator.
In your slightest willingness to let the light and love of God come into your mind ever so little, your mind and body will inevitably begin to transform. The cells in your body will joyfully acquiesce instantly to the universal communication of the bright continuum of light all around you. The organs in your body will begin to function as one again, gladly letting go of the retention of fragmentation and separate states. The body will no longer be a containment of infinite density. It will be returned to the light of the wholeness of your mind, where it disappears in your ascension. Under the Holy Spirit's guidance it will serve His purpose of healing and atonement for one more moment. Yet you are not concerned about the body anymore. It is taken care of in your spiritual transformation. The fear is gone. And you are close to home.
 This transformation of your mind to singular Reality will include the body because you believe you are a body. Yet this is the belief to be undone. In acts of Self-realization, Self-responsibility and forgiveness, literally all of time and all of space are coming home through you. It is an active inclusion of everything that seemed external and it's conversion in a singular reassociation of your mind.
Symptoms of awakening are varied, and often quite dramatic, such as energy surges, visions, revelations, alteration of time and space, shifts in body temperature, loss/gain of appetite, loss/gain of ability to sleep, disorientation, vastly increased sensitivity and emotions, sudden intense experiences of devastation, instances of unexplainable peace, uncontrollable joy and so forth. The transformation can look like just about anything! It is highly individual. It is the Light coming into your previously protected and ambitiously defended mind and physical body. Your body cells will be freed from being tightly locked storehouses of genetic memories and will join the mighty chorus of universal light-wave-communication. It is the conversion from particle to wave, speaking in quantum-physics terms.
Fear not. This is but a natural process, inherent in what you are. Your mind and idea of yourself are rapidly expanding beyond the limited definitions you heretofore used as a guide for your existence and self identity. You are now gaining a much broader brighter view of yourself, the world, and the Universe. It may very well stir you up.
Let these symptoms of awakening and Self transformation inspire and excite you. Something ancient-new and extraordinary is happening to you and you are not alone. People all around the globe are suddenly having experiences "not of this world". Everything in the Universe is available to help you, and wants only that you discover your state of Eternal Joy.
 You are being guided by those who have undergone and completed their own processes, and they stand at the end of time, waiting to assist you. Trust in them. There are also those who have undergone their own processes who are here now, in full service to your transformation. Are you ready for a miracle?
The awakening process does not take time but only willingness. God does the rest. You cannot fail.
This is an incredibly joyful occurrence that finally frees you entirely from the bondage of space and time and the whole world with you - through your own release. This is the most exciting adventure you have ever embarked on! "It is a journey without distance to a goal that never changed." It is your awakening to your own perfect Self.
This is a most difficult thing, that this transfiguration, that this enlightenment, this transformative occurrence involves all of you. It is not limited to your body-brain, for goodness sake! It involves your ductless glands, if you will, but not in separation from the rest of you. It is totally involved. It would have to be. You cannot bring about a spiritual transformation without a bodily change. It can’t be done. Of course not.
